About EarWell Centers
EarWell Centers, also known as EarWell Centers of Excellence, provides nonsurgical infant ear molding for families across Dallas–Fort Worth, with offices in Dallas, Southlake and McKinney. Our clinical team is led by Dr. Steve Byrd, MD, the inventor of the EarWell Infant Ear Correction System.
What we do
We evaluate newborn and infant ear shape differences and, when it is appropriate, treat them with the EarWell system. Treatment is planned, fitted and monitored by our clinical team. We do not perform ear surgery, and when another specialist could help, we say so.
How we care for families

- Prompt. We know timing matters for newborns and work to see babies soon.
- Transparent. Our insurance coordinator checks benefits before treatment starts.
